The best days are when yarn comes! I have always thought so at any rate. I love that I am not the only one who gets all excited about new stuff.
My name is Christine and I’m from Kenosha, WI. I’ve been knitting for quite a few years, but have only recently picked it back up again. I’m taking a knitting class at our local yarn shop to learn to knit a sweater, which will be my first knitting project that hasn’t been either flat or circular/knit in the round.
Lovely yarn! Just found your blog through the contest link, but I will be checking out your podcast.
Berry pie is such a great name for a colorway.
My knitting is a reaction to the political riff in our formerly great state. I am making up in quantitiy what I am lacking in quality (hard to payproper attention to stitches when you are yelling at the tv) Forward Wisconsin!
What a lovey selection of stash you have. I was wondering is the knit picks sock yarn all for socks or will you be knitting something else from some of it.
Always amazed at the great names for colors of yarn, what fun!
Glad to have found your blog!

idea: the fabric shop may be willing to hand out small business cards with your contact information, regarding learning to knit. Posting on boards is a great idea too tho.
I would welcome any pattern suggestions for the sock yarn if you have any ideas for something other than socks. Thanks for the business card idea I will deffinatly look into it.
Yeah…a new podcast to subscribe too. I look forward to watching and thanks for the giveaway.
Off to find your Rav group
Sheepytime is an awesome shop name! Thanks for the chance
